Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MacroSession, a product of Sakamoto Labs LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
MacroSession records sessions on your website or app, tracks events, and lets you replay and analyse them. It is in beta: features may change, and we may suspend accounts that abuse the service or its infrastructure.
2. Your content and your users
You own the data collected on your sites. You grant us the rights needed to store, process and display it to run the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to record your end users, for telling them about it (for example in your privacy policy), for obtaining consent where the law requires it, and for keeping sensitive information such as payment or health data out of recordings with the masking and blocking controls provided.
3. Where you may install it
Install MacroSession only on sites and apps you operate or are authorised to monitor.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use MacroSession to capture credentials or payment card data, to track people across sites you do not operate, to distribute malware, or to overload our systems.
5. Keys
Keep your secret key secret. Activity made with your keys is your responsibility; rotate a key you believe is exposed.
6. Fees
The service is free during beta. We will give notice before introducing fees, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sakamoto Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your projects at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms with notice. They are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
